For the name: I would like to propose a name to add to the list that has nothing to do with IT world:

"Vaquitas!"

It is the name of a wales species with just around 20 more members in the full marien world.

PowerNote is the name of a company (see website) so it's a no-go.
"Note of power" doesn't sound like a name to me but it could be used like a slogan:

Need to be careful with "Libre" untilnwe know for certain we actually can deliver full schematics and layout.

*Linux sortof leaves out bsd and other OS possibilities.

From this list, PowerTop is my favorite.

Must be a event where IBM is present. But since power.org is gone, Shirts are also gone.
I wrote a mail to the company I got the T-Shirt, but don't got an answer.

Also I wrote to the OpenPOWER Foundation, because they have a Shirt, too. But also got no response ...

With the most popular name having 13 votes and the deadline for choosing the name being two days ago I guess there is no much point.

Well, as you may know, we do not have enough options for names.

More importantly we have lack of voters. When there are not enough people interested I guess it makes sense for the project leaders to decide .

Here are a few more better and more goodly names.
Power Bisquit
Gnew Sandwich Laptop

Reminds me of really old laptop which had an ISA slot called toaster. I have never seen it but I can imagine it was pretty much built around that slot.

Maybe Chronium (Google Chrome OpenSource) is also an option, since Googles JAVAscript engine V8 is ported to PowerPC.
